My Approach
My approach centres on Somatic Stress Release, a body-based method that helps you safely unwind stored tension, regulate your nervous system and build resilience from the inside out. This foundational somatic work is complemented by Integrative Hypnotherapy, a mind-body therapy that combines clinical and analytical hypnotherapy with elements of counselling, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and coaching.
By weaving together somatic techniques and hypnotherapy, we address both the physiological and subconscious roots of stress, anxiety, chronic patterns, and emotional overwhelm. This allows for not only symptom relief, but deep and lasting transformation - grounded in both body and mind.
Rather than focusing solely on mindset or symptoms, we work at the nervous system level, gently releasing stored stress and rewiring old patterns to help you feel safer, more connected and more like yourself again.

Hi, I’m sarah.
After becoming very unwell in 2018 with an autoimmune disease & chronic fatigue I set about taking a deep dive into all things healing. I’ve learnt tonnes, healed my mind & body and found real happiness & peace.
Now, as a certified hypnotherapist, it is my passion to work with people who are stressed, anxious, & running on empty. It is my mission to help you prioritise, heal & love yourself deeply & to bring joy, energy & fulfilment back into your life.
