My Approach

My work centres on nervous system regulation through Somatic Stress Release™, integrative hypnotherapy and coaching. Somatic Stress Release™ is a body-based approach that helps you gently release stored tension, support nervous system regulation, and strengthen resilience from the inside out. This foundational somatic work is complemented by Integrative Hypnotherapy, which combines clinical and analytical hypnotherapy with elements of counselling, coaching, and parts-work based approaches.

By weaving together somatic techniques and hypnotherapy, we explore both the physiological and subconscious roots of stress, anxiety, chronic patterns, and emotional overwhelm. The focus is on supporting your nervous system and your mind, creating conditions for meaningful, lasting change that feels safe and grounded.

Rather than focusing solely on mindset or symptoms, my approach works with your nervous system, gently helping to release stored stress and create more flexibility in your responses. 


Hi, I’m Sarah and I’m so pleased you’re here.

I came to train in this work from my own experience of its efficacy. In 2018 I became very unwell with an autoimmune condition and chronic fatigue, which led me to explore healing for both body and mind. Through this journey, I’ve cultivated resilience, self-awareness, and a more grounded sense of wellbeing and a wish to share the profound healing impact of this work with others.

Now, as a certified somatic practitioner and hypnotherapist, I am passionate about supporting adults, children and teenagers who are stressed, anxious, or running on empty. My work is about helping you feel safer in your body, more connected to yourself, and better able to navigate life’s challenges - all within a calm, relational, and collaborative space.

Outside of my practice, I value slow, grounding ways of living - spending time in nature, gentle movement, gardening, reading, and tending to my own nervous system through simple embodied practices. These values shape how I show up in my work, creating a supportive environment where change can unfold gently and sustainably.
